White Grape Sauce

Prepared with several varieties of white grape must.

To the must we add some gelling and sugar, cook it on a low flam until it’s reduced to a sauce with a certain consistency.

As the base for a sauce it may accompany roasted or barbecued meat and fish, all duck and goose derivatives, desserts, yoghurt and fresh cheese.

Size: glass jars of 370 gr.
