Pedro Ximenez Jelly

We prepare this product with Pedro Ximenez wine, a natural sweet wine coming from Pedro Ximenez grape, cultivated in the Iberian Peninsula.

To the wine we add some jelly, which must have Pedro Ximenez flavor, and sugar; we heat it in order to evaporate the alcohol, and then, when it cools down, it solidifies. If we heat it again, it becomes liquid at 25-30Cº, without altering the flavor at all.

Ideal to accompany salads, fish and grilled or barbecued meat, foie and cheese.

Size: glass jars of 300 gr.
