As the title indicates, preparation is fully hand-made, and virtually all products follow the same procedure.

We receive the fruit, vegetables, etc…we proceed to wash it, peel it, sterilize it and prepare it for its low-flame cooking which will take between 3 and 8 hours.

Once they are done, they are bottled in glass jars and sterilized. The jars are then sent to our warehouse, where the light intensity is very low.

When we receive the customers’ orders, we label the jars, pack them and deliver them.
